For 2023 we are introducing a new Pitch Imaguru concept - Pitching Tournament!
We'll have 2 pitching contests and the finals happening every quarter. The best 3 pitches from the contests in January and February will be selected to advance to the final round in March.
In the final round, startups will pitch in front of a jury panel of investors and entrepreneurs. The winner will receive a special prize from Imaguru, like mentorship, dinner with an investor, and more!
All participants will receive valuable feedback as well as broaden their professional network. It's a great time to pitch at the upcoming Pitch Imaguru event!

We introduce you to the series of events dedicated to Fundraising. This event (Deconstructing Fundraising by David Blazevski) is part of the series.
Building something people want is the most challenging part of building a startup. The second hardest part of building a startup is - fundraising. Investors evaluate startups the way customers evaluate products. In this event, we will talk about how to avoid getting affected by the randomness of any investor's behavior by deconstructing fundraising - why raise money, how much to raise, and what fundraising rules to follow.
Meet our speaker - David Blazevski who is a Business Development Manager from Belgrade, Serbia. He is a part of the #GoogleforStartups mentor community, where he helps startups achieve their growth results, enter new markets and raise their next rounds. Previously, he worked at Kriptomat, a VC-funded #FinTech startup with a successful crypto exchange product. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics science and was awarded as the best student of economics science in Serbia in 2017. Previously, David was a co-founder and CEO of an #AgTech startup in #SanFrancisco that successfully designed and developed machine learning models for predicting pests and diseases in apple growing.

The event will feature introduction of Acceleration Program and presentation from Pavlína Louzenska on the topic of "How to create an innovative customer-centric product?"
Pavlína is a Lead Mentor at Google for Startups in Europe and Africa and various other accelerators. She is a Google Certified Trainer for Design Thinking and Entrepreneurship . She's active in a startup community (not only) as a Startup Scout for various VC funds. Pavlína founded #HolkyzMarketingu, a female empowerment community that currently unites 30 000+ marketers and trained 10 000 people in 2022.
From practical frameworks to global case studies, Pavlína will focus on practical steps that helped local and global businesses scale without losing their customers' attention. She will share her own experience working with early-stage founders as a Google for Startups Lead Mentor and teach you how to avoid the most common mistakes she has encountered.
